Are we the right fit for you?
Yes, if you are…
Seeking to connect with a coach, specifically-a Christian coach
Curious to learn more about who God made you to be and how to follow His lead in your life
Interested in setting goals, building new habits and moving forward
Experiencing repetitive thought patterns that result in frustration, feeling of “stuckness” alongside a deep desire for change and growth
Open to developing renewed thought patterns in alignment with biblical truths
Searching for meaning and connection in the middle of life’s struggles
If mental health struggles are impacting your ability to function and complete simple daily tasks
If you have unprocessed traumatic events that are severely impacting how you see yourself and others
If you are seeking someone to help you unpack and process your history
If you feel stuck in recurrent relational struggles that you are unable resolve
Who isn’t the right fit?
* Coaches are not trained as mental health experts and cannot provide clinical care. However, coaching can still serve as great supplemental support if you find yourself relating to many of the statements above.
* It can be hard to self-assess if coaching is the right fit for you. You can feel free to connect with a coach who can help you determine if coaching is right for you at this point in your life!

Typical Growth Journey
Each individual's growth journey is unique! Here is a general pathway we often see.
1. Get to know your coach and identify growth-areas and goals
2. Discover current thought patterns, emotional experiences, and beliefs contributing to current behaviors and results
3. Coach uses an “inside out” process to draw out of a client his or her passions, giftings and a greater awareness of God’s calling on their life (Proverbs 20:5)
4. Create and practice renewed thought patterns and habits
5. Identify obstacles
6. Develop strategies to overcome barriers to transformation
7. Celebrate forward progress
8. Identify what additional resources or support is needed for client success
What is the STS coaching Model?
-
First and foremost, we believe in the power of relationship. Our first goal is to understand your goals and earn your trust so we can best work together
-
A relationship with God is the ultimate growth catalyst. Our coaches regulary create space to discover where God might be at work in your life and how we can follow his design for our flourishing.
-
This stands for Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions. Our behaviors flow from our thoughts - so it is key we understand the underlying thought patterns and emotional experiences that are contributing to our current life.
In turn, we follow the bible's instruction to “take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ” and “be transformed by the renewing of your mind”
-
We believe change happens one step at a time. We partner with you to set small goals and build tiny habits that will create long term change in your life.

“I went into this process with some reservations, not completely trusting in the Lord. I have been so blessed in the way God has shown up powerfully in every session, and during the week. I have found a real connection with Tim as he has faithfully and gently led these sessions and allowed the Holy Spirit to lead me in the areas He wants to heal me. I look forward to what the Lord has in store next as my faith continues to grow week by week.”
