  • Aaron brings humour, compassion, and a deeply grounded faith into every coaching relationship. He believes true growth happens in partnership — as iron sharpens iron — and that God has already placed wisdom within each person waiting to be uncovered. His coaching creates space for clarity, courage, and Spirit-led movement forward.

Having spent most of his career working within custody facilities and community corrections, Aaron has seen firsthand how trauma and systemic cycles can entangle individuals and families. He is especially called to support those navigating the justice system, reintegration after incarceration, and the emotional toll these experiences place on families. His heart also extends to spouses and children of the incarcerated, offering a safe place to process grief and shame while establishing healthy boundaries and restoring hope.

Aaron is a devoted homeschooling father who supports families navigating the lifestyle shifts required to prioritize their children’s education and spiritual formation. A follower of Jesus for over 25 years, he openly shares that his life would have taken a very different path without Christ. While he once feared incarceration, God ultimately placed him inside correctional facilities not as an inmate, but as a servant. His faith shapes every part of his coaching, grounded in the belief that lasting transformation requires prayer, discernment, and reliance on the power of God rather than personal strength.
