Hi, I’m Connie — a certified coach with over 30 years of ministry experience and a heart for walking with women through seasons of deep pain, healing, and restoration. For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching clients around the world through all kinds of challenges — from trauma and abuse to chronic stress, special needs parenting, and more.
My approach is grounded in compassion and truth. I hold space for whatever you’re going through, while also advocating for your healing and growth. I believe that what the enemy intended for harm, God can and will use for good — and I’m here to help you reclaim that truth in your own story.

My background in nursing and health coaching, combined with decades of ministry and personal experience, allows me to support you holistically — body, soul, and spirit.
