  Hi, I’m Coach Chris. I help people get their minds clear, their hearts grounded, and their lives aligned with God’s purpose.

  
  I’m a Board Certified Professional Life Coach, Mental Health Coach, and Human Flourishing Coach, with more than 14 years of experience as an ordained pastor. I also served 8 years in the U.S. Army as an infantryman, leading troops in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. That season taught me the value of perseverance and teamwork. It also became the genesis of my walk with Jesus. On the sands of Saudi Arabia, my 21-year-old self began taking steps toward God.

  
  I’m also a husband and the father of two adult children. Family is everything to me, and I understand what it’s like to juggle personal growth, faith, and real-life responsibilities.
  I combine biblical truth, mental health training, and neuroscience-informed strategies to help clients break free from anxiety, shame, addiction, and emotional exhaustion.

  
  I’ve had the privilege of leading hundreds of coaching sessions with men and women who want to grow, heal, and thrive. Many come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or spiritually disconnected. Together, we uncover what’s going on beneath the surface and walk a path toward healing, clarity, and peace. You won’t just be heard. You’ll be equipped, supported, and challenged to grow.
