ICF Certified Coach · Spiritual Director · Executive Coach · Husband · Father

Steve’s work begins with the deeper questions men carry: identity, calling, suffering, fatherhood, shame, and the quiet ache for a life that feels whole. To serve those places with clarity and depth, he integrates a set of proven frameworks that help men name what’s actually going on beneath achievement, pressure, and performance:

    • VALLEY Framework — suffering, loss, and disorientation
    • CALLED Framework — vocation, purpose, and the work a man is uniquely made to do
    • STORY Framework — spiritual autobiography and narrative identity
    • LEGACY & PILLAR Frameworks — fatherhood, masculine formation, relationship, identity
    • GRACE & FREEDOM Frameworks — shame, addiction, and compulsive behavior

Steve knows the cost of leadership from the inside. As a retired U.S. Army Colonel, he has lived the pressure to perform, the weight of responsibility, and the way success can stretch a man thin on the inside even as everything looks strong on the outside.

For more than three decades, he has walked alongside executives, senior military and civilian leaders, fathers, and high‑performing men in their most defining seasons — not with answers, but with something rarer: the kind of presence that creates the conditions for a man to finally hear himself. His work sits at the intersection of ICF Certified Coaching, Spiritual Direction, and a soul friend who stands with you on the sacred ground of your own life and listens with unhurried, attentive care.

His conviction is simple: you are not broken. You are a person with a story God has been shaping across every chapter — including the ones you’d rather skip — and that story deserves to be heard in full.

What men most often say after working with him:
    “I finally felt heard.”
